Test purpose

Detection step

2. Test phase:

Start the shaker to run under normal operating conditions; at the same time, start the data acquisition system to begin recording vibration and sound signals.

3. Analysis stage:

Pre-process the collected vibration and sound signals, such as de-noising and filtering; use professional data analysis software to carry out spectral analysis, time domain analysis, etc., in order to extract the characteristic signals related to the foreign matter; according to the results of the analysis, it can be judged whether there is a foreign matter in the reservoir. If there are obvious abnormal frequency components, increased amplitude or specific patterns of sound in the vibration and sound signals, and these phenomena are consistent with the vibration and sound characteristics produced by the foreign matter, it can be judged that there is a foreign matter in the reservoir.
