500°C Ultra High Temperature Charge Output Acceleration Sensor

Xiyuan Electronics has launched a new vibration sensor for high temperature testing, model AC18GTC08, which features high temperature piezoelectric ceramics, nickel-based alloy housing, and an operating temperature of up to 500°C, with a temperature drift of less than 10% over the full temperature range. This new sensor is ideal for engine combustion testing at high temperatures, as well as for measurements on aero-engines, nuclear reactors, and high-temperature combustion turbines.

Instructions for use

1. Installation requirements: The sensor mounting contact surfaces should be kept as flat and clean as possible and cleaned if necessary. To ensure a better rigid connection, try to use screw mounting.

2. Measuring direction: the sensor mounting surface pointing to the connector direction is positive.

3. The standard configuration of the cable is a high temperature resistant metal cable with an operating temperature of -50~500℃.

4. This model is an acceleration sensor for vibration measurement, it can measure very small value shock signal (about 1/5 range, the specific size is related to the pulse width), and cannot measure large signal shock.
