With the advantages of high sensitivity, good low-frequency response and low background noise, the A25G acceleration sensor is suitable for low-frequency vibration testing occasions such as building vibration monitoring, seismic testing, dam and bridge structural testing, ground and foundation vibration monitoring, and geologic tectonic research.
Features:
●Low-frequency, low-level vibration measurements
●Internal IEPE preamplifier
●Isolated floating, very high sensitivity
Scenic applications:
Products: Sensor A25G01+Portable Dynamic Signal Analyzer XY-N9004
Unattended ground vibration monitoring system as a key technology for ground target reconnaissance has been developed rapidly in recent years, and its market demand for application is also more and more broad. This system is widely used as a special building or military perimeter intrusion protection, through the ground vibration sensors to collect ground vibration signals of ground motion targets to achieve the role of monitoring and alarm.

Installation Notes:
1. Mounting method
When choosing the installation of the sensor should carefully consider the different mounting methods may have an impact on the amplitude and frequency of the sensor. Sensors can be mounted in a variety of ways: hand-held probe, adhesive, magnetic mounting, threaded mounting and so on. Different mounting methods produce different mounting stiffness, resulting in changes in the sensor's measurement frequency, the higher the stiffness, the wider the measurement frequency. Therefore, when installing the sensor, it is best to bolt the sensor directly to the object to be measured.
2. Mounting surface
Sensor bottom surface finish to <10μm, but also hope that the user of the object to be measured on the surface grinding, improve the finish and smoothness, so that the object to be measured to install the surface roughness of less than 10μm. Clean the bottom surface of the sensor and the mounting surface to ensure that the surface is free of foreign matter.
3. Bolt connection method
Bolt connection is the most reliable installation method, first of all, in the clean and flat mounting surface drilling a mounting threaded holes (hole depth should be longer than the bolt). Secondly, in order to ensure effective contact between the upper and lower end surfaces, it is best to apply a layer of grease on the bonding surface to increase the contact stiffness, which ensures that the entire bottom surface of the sensor can be very good rigid contact with the measured object. Finally, use a torque wrench to install the sensor to the mounting surface, the mounting screw holes must be perpendicular to the surface, the installation torque of 2.5 ~ 5NM.
4. Magnetic mounting method
When installing the magnetic base, due to the strong suction force of the magnetic base, so special attention should be paid during installation. Avoid direct vertical adsorption on the mounting surface during installation, as vertical adsorption will produce large transient impacts, which may affect the testing accuracy of the sensor. The correct method is to install it at an inclined angle.
