According to the actual operation of the storage power plant unit, in order to obtain the correlation between the tailgate vibration and the top cover vibration, it is proposed to arrange the measurement points at the tailgate cover plate, tailgate panel and pump turbine top cover at the same time.


Unit power generation and pumping steady state operation, load dumping process, the tailgate structure by the flow channel hydraulic vibration source (mainly pressure pulsation), so the indicators are time-varying dynamic parameter, the test adopts the electrical measurement method, the arrangement of dynamic displacement sensors and acceleration sensors.

Electrometry is mainly used to measure the dynamic response of the structure through various sensors, the dynamic response (such as dynamic displacement and acceleration) are generally physical quantities, the function of the sensors on the one hand, these physical quantities are converted into electricity, and on the other hand, the parameters of the dynamic displacement or acceleration converted into electricity are amplified through amplifiers, and then the electricity reflecting the response of the structure is inputted into the acquisition system, and analyzed and processed by a variety of powerful software functions. Processing the above electric quantities, and finally reduced to the physical quantities of the structure.
