Overview

Probe type vibration speed temperature composite sensor is a vibration speed measurement and temperature measurement in one of the sensors, often through the probe and the measured object contact, so as to measure its temperature, and the temperature signal will be converted to a standard 4-20mA current signal output, especially for equipment failure of absolute vibration speed measurement (vibration measurement range, probe length, thread depth, etc. can be customized).

Working Principle

1、vibration velocity measurement:

The vibration sensing element inside the sensor usually adopts the principle of piezoelectric effect. When the measured equipment vibrates, the vibration sensing element will feel the change of vibration and convert it into an electrical signal. The electrical signal is converted to a standard 4-20mA current signal output after the internal signal processing circuit, indicating the absolute speed of vibration.

2、temperature measurement:

The temperature sensing element inside the sensor usually adopts the principle of thermistor and thermocouple. Temperature sensing element can feel the temperature change of the measured object, and convert it into an electrical signal. The electrical signal is also converted to a standard 4-20mA current signal output after the internal signal processing circuit, indicating the temperature of the measured object.
